Usher - Are you friendly, helpful, and enjoy meeting people? We are always looking for volunteers to greet audience members and distribute programs. As a thank-you, ushers attend IBO concerts free of charge.

Host an out-of-town musician - Help support IBO by hosting a visiting musician or guest artist. Providing housing for out-of-town performers helps reduce costs, allowing more resources to be directed toward artistic programming and community engagement.

Join our Board of Directors - Board members play a vital role in advancing IBO's mission through leadership, advocacy, fundraising, and strategic planning. We welcome community members and business professionals who are passionate about the arts and interested in making a meaningful impact.

Join a committee - Share your skills and expertise while supporting the work of IBO. Committee members help strengthen the organization and expand its impact throughout the community.
