The Madonna and Child from the workshop of Italian Baroque painter Giovanni Battista Salvi da Sassoferrato (1609-1685) and included in the collection at Newfields was the featured artwork on the 2024 United States Postal Service Christmas stamp, a First-Class Forever stamp. This painting had not been displayed at the museum since the 1980s. The piece underwent conservation treatment in 2024.
